Alan Field was formerly co-founder of a successful start-up company that grew to 350-employees and achieved $1.5 billion in annual sales after just 5 years. Alan’s key role is to help guide ZOS through much of our emerging strategy.

Frank Savage was founding board member of Qualcomm and is the current Director of Lockheed Martin Corporation, as well as Bloomberg L.P.  His experience extensive and guidance is invaluable.
