Emergency Notification

ZOS Communications’ Emergency Notification solution enables organizations to alert those in need of an important emergency message based on their proximity to the event. The solution enables the recipient with location-relevant and timely information so they can make smart, time, and possibly, life-saving choices.

The system utilizes ZOS Communications’ location communication platform and mobile client, enables all Smart phones, regardless of carrier, to send and receive relevant location information. Existing Notification solutions can send voice, email, and SMS alerts to people based on their registered location, usually a home and/or business address. These systems work well when the registrant is at, or near, that address. ZOS Location-Based Notifications strengthens existing Notification Systems by enabling those systems to target and deliver alerts to a recipient’s Smartphone based on their current device location.

The ZOS capabilities are quickly becoming a desired feature for any notification system and are offered through leading Notification vendors. The solution makes use of a CAP-standard interface and can be integrated with any supplier quickly and easily.
